Habit 11: Mindful Eating
This habit is basically to take the time & really savor what you are eating. If you are eating alone, put aside everything else and just focus on eating. Ask yourself how hungry you are before you eat and notice as you start to become satisfied. Notice the taste, the smell, and the textures.
