Congratulations on completing five weeks of Habitspark Diet Foundations! Starting today, you’ll be tracking: Habit 1: Healthy Breakfast, Habit 2: Food Planning, Habit 3: Healthy Lunch, Habit 4: Daily Exercise, Habit 5: Healthy Dinner, & Habit 6: Eat Only at Table in Dining Area.
Habit 6: Eat Only at Table in Dining Area
Starting today, do your best to eat only when you can be sitting at a table in a designated dining area. So, this would be at your dining table, at a cafeteria, on a picnic bench, in a restaurant, etc. Of course, there will be some times when this isn’t feasible. Your first priority should be making sure you have a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, try your best to plan so that you have a proper dining area and table.
