7-Day Jumpstart!

    Hi guys. I've just finished developing a 7-Day plan that walks you through the Habitspark system. I'd really like to know how long each day takes to complete, especially the first day, and if anything is confusing. Thanks!!

    Hi! I'm just giving this a second go, as I was too pre-exam to stick to anything first attempt!

    My only real confusion was the first suggested set of habits; I was all full of a dozen things to start for myself and didn't quite appreciate what the first suggested set were for/about or why they maybe would have helped in settling in to the system. Maybe just a sentence in the instructions about not diving in too fast, and spending some time setting up slowly?

    Thanks, Sara. Basically I'm trying to make the introduction really easy for people, and I figured that having three set habits for the first week would give people time to work out what habits they wanted to track. I understand the push to want to get started right away. I wonder if I should put a provision in for that? After the 7 days you can switch to all your own habits, if you want.

    Ah, no - I totally get what you're saying; what I meant was, when I first started the introduction I didn't quite understand that!

    I have set up my excel sheet and have added the 3 goals. as suggested for the 7-day jumpstart. Can I add in another goal? I don't feel the 3 are anything hard and I would like to add something like, drink more water, or run for 15 mins a day.....
    Thoughts?

    Hi Violet, go for it! If you are using the "fancy" sheet you can change the number of habits on the setup sheet.
